This is a Great Model kit from the now closed International Hobby Corp. International Hobby went out of business in November of 2009, making these great model kits harder and harder to find. This model kit is of the Novelty Iron Works / stone factory building.This model kit is Very detailed and molded in a variety of colors and no paint is needed to finish this kit unless you choose to paint it otherwise. The model Kit features separate window frame moldings with optional brick window plugs for rectangular and round windows, two loading docks, hoists with real I beam and rod supports over both loading docks, drums, crates, pallets, roof access ladder, sign sheet, and window silhouette sheet. The finshed Model measures approx 5 1/2" inches x 11 1/2" inches. This model will make a great addition to any Ho 1:87 scale train layout.
